Modders will be running into issues with Scripthook since the Lowrider DLC automatic update started rolling out as it has stopped Scripthook from running. Script Hook V is an ASI plugin, which allows running scripts written in any .NET language ingame, it will not work with the new Lowrider update though until a work around has been released.
