Every single Crew can now hold over three times the amount of members than they could before.
Rockstar have recently announced, via the Newswire, that the Crew membership cap in Grand Theft Auto Online has been increased from 300 players to 1000 players. While only a limited number of Crews have an unlimited amount of players (such as the default crew), now every Crew can hold up to one thousand members each.
"We’ve got some great news especially for the large Social Club Crews out there who’ve long since hit the historic member cap ceiling of 300. We’ve now more than tripled the maximum member cap for all user-made Crews to allow for up to 1,000 people in your ranks."
This news comes shortly after the recent addition of the Crew Head to Head playlist challenges, which allows players to set a wager of their own choice, and earn bragging rights by defeating their opponents.
Alongside this news comes the announcement of a livestream that Rockstar is organising for this Friday 7th February, 2pm ET. It will be broadcast on both the Rockstar officialYouTube channel, and their Twitch channel.
"Tune in then to see us pit two bloodthirsty Crews against each other over the course of a curated Playlist of Rockstar Verified and Rockstar Created Jobs. "
