GTA EFLC car editor

That is in the Common.RPF file. Look in DLC 1 or 2 (Forgot which is which)

 

DLC2 is Tbogt which is what I want but I don't see common.rpf. This is for the 360 mind you not the PC version

 

I know. Same files In XBC you should see it in DLC 2 or maybe it's in the main folder. You open Common.RPF up and than open the handling.dat in notepad.

Got it wallsch! I noticed the Common rpf file without opening any of the other folders to view. Yep I see it all now in OpenIV. I can't thank you enough man :jump:
