GTA 5 will have some pretty… interesting features on PlayStation 4 using the DualShock 4 controller. The DualShock 4 controller has a leg-up on the Xbox One controller, in that it has a built-in speaker, a touch pad and a light bar. Rockstar is going to utilise all of these with the PlayStation 4 version of GTA 5. According to Gizmodo, the game will play police radio chatter and phone calls through the controller’s speaker. The light bar will also flash red and blue you are Wanted in game. Swiping up or down on the touch pad changes weapons, while swiping right or left changes radio stations. source:VG247
Pretty cool how they are using the light bar in more unique ways (transistor was using it to flash/mimic when voices would talk). However I do still wish there was a way to turn it completely off for games that don't have any use for it.
