GTA 5: User Made Screenshot Teases PC Modding Possibilities

    GTA 5 for the next-gen consoles and PC will be coming to us in the Fall, as Rockstar announced a few weeks ago. There is no release date yet, though, rumors are saying to expect the release in November. Now, a new fan made image has surfaced, teasing the modding possibilities of GTA 5 on PC. It shows a lightning mod that allows lightning to strike during storms in free roam.

    So what do you guys think? Will GTA 5 on the PC and next-gen consoles be moddable, or will Rockstar be sure to fix what they messed up on in GTA IV? Leave your answers in the comments below ;)

    no mp mods that make u god or 1 shoot kills or cars that go super super fast
