GTA 5 NOT SAVEING OR LOADIN STORYMODE SAVED GAME JTAG

Hi i updated my tu on gta 5 to tu 24 now i cant save my game on story mode i cant even load my saved game file ither keeps saying i need to sign in to save game and aquire achivments please help thanks ...garry
