Just got mine in the mail, showed up yesterday but nobody was here to sign for it lol, not bad, 3 days

 

that's pretty amazing. I ordered mine Saturday, it shipped Monday, and is scheduled to arrive Friday.

Wow, mine still hasn't arrived. They're slacking. It's all good though, I'm not in any rush.

 

when you buy a new console you get 1 year of Microsoft full coverage for everything that comes in the box.
(Console, Kinect, Mic, Brick, Controller)

thank you so much I was having some problems with my head set and to make it all worse my brother steped on my head set and the top part snapped off I had to tap it so thank you man

 

Day one editions get extended warrenty. And only the mic can be replaced without returning the broken one.

this no longer works I have a day one system and they will only give me a new headset if I send the old one in first.

 

Can also confirm that this no longer works, tried with 2-3 different people and all of them wanted my old headset and to charge me for shipping

 

Yep. The widow of opportunity seems to have closed. Most unfortunate. Hopefully as many people took advantage of it as possible! I'll edit the thread to say it cannot be done anymore.

 

Can someone confirm if this still works in the UK?
