All stats maxed except for Strength so that it doesn't mess up DLC you may have. Warning: Trying to change your character when you exit Goodsprings area boots all stats back to normal. Remodding the save can completely trash it and crash your game every time (verified extensively) This is only the first save I'm attempting this way.
