Yes it is because of too many weapon because when i pull the weapons up in the pip boy it freezes. So please take some out or it could be because of a modded weapon or something. Also where do i find the NPC's?
sorry ill upload the save next coz am testing something out right now + the NPC is in the mic area and its call "death claw ALPHA. just make sure u drop it some place and get safe fast coz he will kill u in 4 hits. sorry if i did not test the weapons i only test the loading game first, will test it the next day 4 ya with everything b4 i upload it.

am using the same mod tool u say but i got all the IDs 4 the whole game so anything in the game i can put it in yr pocket.
Nevermind i'll just wait until u can do it. Maybe it would be easier if you just lowered my SPECIAL and dont worry about any of the other stuff.
