Is this the same program that was used in the "Fable 3 Save Editor Modding Guide" video on YouTube? I am guessing you need to reply to see the link in the original post.

I have been spending hours leveling up the legendary weapons. It would be great to find a program that allows me to edit the legendary weapons. Or, if someone has a save file that they could send me with the legendary weapons maxed that would be greatly appreciated.
