Ex Profile Editor [Can't download images]

When I open a profile in Ex Profile Editor (latest edition), I can't download the icons for achievements because the "Download Pictures" radio button is greyed out.
So is there any way to check that radio button?

Tool is very old mate and not many people use it anymore i also had my main account banned from using it.

Sorry i have no info i can give you on this.
