1.Rehash/Resign 2.Transfer 3.You're at the last Bossfight, ignore anyone except him and unload your Shotgun while slowly walking backwards onto the Ramp. Afterwards the Achievement for beating the Game on NewGame+ should unlock. Also every Collectible is unlocked. Have Fun!
