Dragon Age Inquisition Save with Custom World State

Hi, I just got Dragon Age Inquisition and I would really like to use my own choices, can somebody make me a save with my desired Custom World State please? Thanks in advance.

You can't use their world state creator? https://dragonagekeep.com/

No, because importing the save from the Keep requires my Xbox 360 to be online, something which is not possible for me.
