Resolved downloaded and wont open FIXED!!

Can you show pictures of what it looks like? Is it just a white screen when you sign in?

 

Okay, are you signing into it? Or is it just stay at the login screen and keeps loading? Also if your not already, you must sign in using the information you use to sign in to XPG.

 

Hmmm, I don't really know what to tell you as far as signing in goes. I just signed into mine and it worked perfectly fine. I can try searching the forums further for any relateable issues.

 

I'm not 100% sure but I seem to remember people with this problem had to reset their forum passwords then it would work.

if i sign in using the information to sign in to XPG or i sign with fake information nothing change... app seems to be in loop

I'm having the same problem. One day it was working fine and the next day it wouldn't do anything

 

i as well have a login problem. i also already changed password and made a new account but no luck just hangs on login screen also i am sure i dont have any special characters on my user name. any help is appreciated thanks

Well I pinpointed the issue and it has been rectified. Should have no problem now if you re-download, run as Admin and select auto login.

it is working now, I had to re-enter my ID and PW intothe log in box and it worked.
