Does an RGH need to be running a dev nand to use RTE?

    im wanting to use the black ops 1 and 2 RTE trainers, along with some dead rising 2 ones, but i was wondering if my RGH has to be flashed with a DEV nand?

    No sir ! Just make sure you have the xbdm.xex and XRPC.xex plugin set on dashlaunch.
