Dishonored was released first back in 2012 and the rumor wheels are in motion claiming that we could be seeing a Dishonored 2 announcement this month at Gamescom.
Dishonored was originally developed by Arkane Studios and published by Bethesda Softworks, and it's rumored that the same developers will be behind the second game of the series which will be named 'Dishonored 2: Darkness of Tyvia' according to the cover art that has been leaked to NowGamer.
If their source is correct then Dishonored 2 is being developed at Arkane Lyon, with Harvey Smith as lead. There will also be a new protagonist, replacing Dishonored's main character, Corvo, with Emily Kaldwin.
The game is rumored to be coming to the PS4, Xbox One and PC later in 2015. There is no mention of Xbox 360 and PS3 , this information has been speculated on the basis that Arkane Lyon is currently hiring for a number of positions, including an engine programmer to work on the PS4, Xbox One and PC versions of an unnamed game.
Take this news as pure rumor until the source of the rumors has been confirmed 100% legitimate. Dishonored was also rumored to make an appearance at this years E3 and of course that didn't happen.

Here is the cover art that the tipster leaked along with the news:

Would you like this rumor to be true, or would you prefer Arkane and Betheseda were working on another game? Let us know your thoughts in the comments below.
