DICE has outlined its plans for Star Wars: Battlefront's long-awaited DLC following last week's leak, with the first expansion, titled Outer Rim, coming in March, alongside additional free content for all players. In Outer Rim, you'll get to do battle within Jabba's Palace and the factories of Sullust.As for the free stuff, all players will be able to get new maps for multiplayer and Missions modes, Private Matches, new Hero outfits and more, including new Hoth-themed duds for Han Solo and Luke Skywalker and the Tatooine Survival Map will be renamed 'Raider Camp' and support Blast, Droid Run, Hero Hunt and Heroes vs. Villains modes. Daily Challenges and Community Events will also add fresh objectives and goals to complete, earning credits and unlocks.All fans will get free content that includes new maps for both multiplayer and Missions modes, the introduction of Private Matches, new Hero outfits, and more. Fans looking to get even more out of their Star Wars Battlefront experience can look forward to the Star Wars Battlefront Season Pass, which will introduce a wealth of fresh content set across exciting new locations including Bespin, the Death Star, and more. There will also be balancing tweaks for weapons and multiplayer modes, as well as a new Survival mission on Hoth coming in February.You'll find more free Hoth content in February too, with a brand-new Hoth multiplayer map for Walker Assault, Supremacy, Fighter Squadron and Turning Point modes. Turning Point will also be made available across all maps that currently support Walker Assault and Supremacy. In March, meanwhile, a new Endor Walker Assult, Supremacy and Turning Point map will roll out, alongside a new Tatooine Survival map.That's all of the free stuff. As for the Season Pass content, three of the four have been detailed, with Bespin and the Death Star among the new maps coming this year.
