Is the update broken?

Everytime i start the tool it says it needs to update and it does but after closing the tool it seems the update just disappears and it has to update again...

 

the editor where is the tool must be like this Diablo_3_SE so the program can update itself, and to mod your ros save it must be fresh new one not imported saves from diablo 3 original, the editor does not yet support ros fully
