Not sure if this will work now since patch and since no one has commented back i shall test and then comment within the hour, wish me luck lads!

 

Seems legit

 

i can change my level and change out characters from saves found on here but thats about it, nothing with states and the weapons mods dont work anymore. I decided to play yesterday and the patch killed alot of the mods my character so came back looking for a way to get them back but looks like its a no go boys.

 

i hope this works
