on the diablo CKY editor, or any other diablo console editor?

does anyone know if you can create legendary items without adding all of the affixes? like creating them to be unidentified? so that way the item identifies with normal/ legit affixes?

Thanks. also i noticed when i make a modded item, you can transmog the item, but can not re roll any of the stats with the mystic.

I thought they did cap the paragon level but it was really really high. Guess not. lol
