ok i don't know if you are aware but there is 7 different cache's for each act from master-torment 6. Normal-Master give you same cache but torment 1-6 give you better caches each time you go up a difficulty level. Another thing if they are not from T1-6 Act 4 they will not roll Torment Item's only cache legendary rolls specific to their Act acquired.
