Grave digging because I need the editor.

 

Again, sorry for necro bumping a buried thread, but I've done the hex edit tute, I've done the game editor tute. Still when I go online I'm in my same save state only no money and everything locked. The only thing that carries over are the guns in my arsenal. How do I mod, save, and get online with the modded points? It says I only have 3k and nothing that I purchased earlier is still unlocked online.
