Dark Souls 2 scholar of first sin need some help

Im playing on a "jtag"ed xbox and bought this game digitaly, it told me to download compatibility pack 4 to play offline and vice versa, so can anyone help me? By uploading the compatibility pack or do I just need like a title update?

 

What I meant by digitally is by an external hardisk but I cant play since it told to download before I can play, I also cannot create an xbox live code

you need download disc 2 and put it in content directory
