Is this tool still working? For those who say that is patched, have you tried to clear console cache?
i mean, you can try this on X360. Sorry for my bad English, i'm from Mexico

If yor save is getting corrupted try clearing the caches then create a new save offline, then load the save on Jappi's SE and reload the save. If everything's ok, the try updating, worked for me.
