Dark Souls 2 Help possibly? I don't know

I have been watching a lot of "Dark Souls 2" streams on Twitch and I see that it's a very difficult game and I am going to buy it soon but I managed to get this guys stats written down that he has been using.

• Level 150
• VGR-42
• END-42
• VIT-7
• ATN-4
• STR-20
• DEX-40
• ADP-39
• INT-3
• FTH-6

He has not leveld up past 150 because it's the confirmed PvP level from what I understand.
