Hello today at work I heard somebody say that he will change his mates already flashed Xbox DVD drive as he wont be able to go online with it... I thought once a DVD drive was flashed it could go online (ran through ABGX and down to the xbox owners choice) Do some flashed DVD drives not allow online? Cheers
All flashed drives work online as long as they are flashed with latest Firmware (For safety) But that doesn't mean you won't eventually be banned off XBL for playing on a flashed console or back up games Hope this helps
Thank you Thats what I thought that ALL flashed drives on LT3 can go online... Obviously it still means you can get banned though...
Well as long as it is flashed with the newest firmware, it will go online. Also the chances of getting banned are far less than you would think. As long as you burn games like normal and you space out your time on downloaded games, you should be fine. You are probably in better shape than people modding online games.
