I had some issues this morning with the Giant Map and NUK3TOWN not working so I thought I would post this up incase anyone else is having the same problems. 1. Before beginning any game installation, it is highly recommended that you check for and install any console updates that may be available. You can check for updates manually by following the steps below. Be sure to allow any updates to finish before beginning your game installation. Xbox One Select the Home button in the center of your controller. Select Settings. Select System. Available updates will be listed under Console info. PS4 Select the Home button in the center of the controller. Scroll up and select Settings. Select System Software Update. 2. Downloading and installing digital copies of Call of Duty: Black Ops III Be sure that the entire installation is complete before attempting to launch or play the game. Starting the game before the installation completes can cause corrupt installations that can lead to crashes, freezes, and lost data. Your console should be connected to the Internet before the installation begins and remain connected during the entire installation process.
