I'm going to try a few fixes for it, i seen a topic saying that installing VS 2012 helps for some set-ups so I'm installing it now to see, If all else fails I'll just use a dual boot, I'll install Windows 7 to a 50GB partition. CLICK HERE for VS 2012, I'll post back soon...

All this hassle for windows 8 because certain drivers ain't supported until MS update the drivers for the relevant OS but that takes them months to do it haha. Windows 7 FTW with windows 8 theme
all good for me now mate burnermax loading and burning fine and jungleflasher up and running what a nightmare if i knew what hassle this would have been i really would not have bothered .
All good here now too, Windows 8 is a pain in the nuts but I think it's all good now apart from a good anti-virus... Thanks for the help all.
BurnerMax Payload tool "Runs" On Windows 8.( 100% ) for those who have installed Windows 8. and burnermax payload won't run. Happaned to me today when i installed windows 8 and had same error... Don't worry, it is very simple and just few clicks.. all you have to do is. Right click on the Burnermax payload tool Icon on your desktop, Goto properties > click on Compatibility tab > Tick/check the box under compatibility mode Which says "Run this program in compatibility mode for" > chose Windows 7 > and click apply .. and that's it, all done .. now you're good to go and start burning your games again..
