The first Borderlands game will be coming to Xbox One as a Backwards Compatible Xbox 360 title for Preview Members today, before becoming available to all Xbox Live users when Backwards Compatibility releases publicly for Xbox One in November 2015.If you already own Borderlands, you'll be able to play it on Xbox One and carry over your progress, porting across previous save files, game add-ons and your achievements. With the Handsome Collection bundling Borderlands 2 and The Pre-Sequel, that means all three Borderlands games can now be played on Xbox One.“We are proud to support Xbox One Backward Compatibility by bringing the complete, original Borderlands to Xbox One, including all downloadable content,” said 2K President Christoph Hartmann. “We know many of our fans have put in dozens, even hundreds, of hours exploring the world of Pandora on their Xbox 360, and now they can continue their adventures on Xbox One.”Xbox One Preview Members can play Borderlands on their Xbox One now.
