Hey there fellow Badasses, been gibbing for a while, just discovered this beauty the other day, as well as the fact I can make a custom PT for boosting and fighting Raids that actually once again pose a challenge, originally had my region levels set at 497 for quick leveling, but I have heard that I can go much higher nowadays. And when I want to boost peeps with some fun (who may also need OP levels), I do digi-runs at OP8 with my enemy levels set at around anywhere from 225-250, but I haven't been able to find the sweet spot yet, its either an all out rape fest on my end, or I can even scratch them, unless one random shot for some reason does massive amounts of damage, which makes no sense seeing as every shot hits the damage cap anyways (AFAIK). To be honest I am a bit perplexed and intrigued at the same time. A little background info: I am using an XP save with a 4th custom PT (3 in gibbed), with all of the game stages set at levels between 225-497 depending on what I am trying to accomplish/test out. I am using a gunzerker, maxed out tree, all the usual great gear for sal, and in GPD I left my BA rank untouched (40000 legit), and just increased my stats (minus fire rate and reload speed) to near the current max, so each is set at 9,975,000. I left my fire rate at 2000% and my reload speed at 5000%. And here is where all my questions come into play. I realized that the actual health/shield capacity shown at around 800,000% was exactly the same as the stat fully maxed out at over 9,750,000. I also noticed that my shield recharge rate, even at the 9,750,000% could not charge my shields nearly quick enough to help me keep them at full capacity almost instantly. So to me it almost seems that some of these stats actually are doing more harm than good. Btw, as my health and shields and health are regening, the actually number never changes as it is going up or being depleted, until I die. So I am at a loss her as to what to do about this or what my appropriate states should be. Also when using my siren with the rough rider and and banshee mod to always be fleeting, somehow a shield with a capacity of zero starts of with a capacity, which then very slow goes down until it hits zero. And the second I kill someone, or someone else does, or I to be honest I don't even know what the hell causes this, my shields quickly regenerates to full capacity, which I believe is near a billion or 9 billion, can't remember the exact amount. And the crazy part is, it never goes back down. Ever. For fucks sakes, its a god damn rough rider. I'm pretty sure you can understand my frustration with this. And Yes, I check her skill tree and my teammates to make sure that no ones skill could have been triggering shield regen for any reason. The is my second to last question, with both maybe having a similar solution, or not. I have come close to solving one (I believe), especially on solo play, but I mainly play with other people who have stats just like mine, so that doesn't help too much. I believe it is either my fire rate (2000%) is still too high, but I also believe too high of a reload speed may have something to do with it (mine is only at 5000%), but I'm not too sure on that one. Simply said, instead of my weapon automatically start firing after reloading, sometimes it will not fire and I will have to press the trigger to start the firing gain. Sometimes I have to do it after ever reload, sometimes I can get a few mags spent before it stops, sometimes it will not stop at all, but only in very open areas with no action and no impacts nearby. High fire rate, explosive and high-splash weapons are the worst. Very slow fire rate weapons, such as the ahab, do not have this issue. Why I have many theories on this, it is a speculation. And my final question is of course the one weapon which has me the most perplexed: The Infinity. I understand too high of a fire rate will lag the game, which is why mine is at 2000%, but perhaps needs to be much lower. Anyways, here is my issue. Sometimes this weapons does absolutely no damage whatsoever, even though I can see the damage markers of 999999K flying round faster than I can keep up with. But as I was fighting a random nomad blaster in digi peak (level 225), even though I was obviously hitting him (I could see the damage counters), sometimes I could unload for 10 seconds on him and nothing, not even a scratch. But if I moved positions or some other factor occured that I was not aware of, he would proceed to be mowed down in a split second. This also occurs on pretty much every enemy. So I was shooting at sanctuary and noticed that my bullets from my infinity were not actually creating any impact holes on a surface/wall that they usually would. My friend then noticed that my bullets were piercing through the building and hitting the building behind it. Maybe this could explain why some of my bullets would not damage enemies because they were not actually hitting them in the first place, until I moved into a position that allowed the bullets to strike them? Again, I am very confused and new to this and this is all speculation. If anyone actually feels like taking the time to read this I greatly appreciate your time, and if you have any insight as to what could be causing any of these strange occurrences (other than glitching, of course), or maybe what stats you have find to be optimal, such as the lowest possible % for each one to gain the absolute maximum gain the game can allow, which would make the gameplay more reliable and practical. I thank you in advance.
