    Treyarch has a sercurity system watching the servers for any mods, anyone that's modifying the a server in anyway is banned. I'd just suggest playing legit.

    you can only get banned if you're online well you're playing with mods. but if they're using mods on an offline profile you won't get banned.
    just like in the first black ops. plus if u want me to, I could probably get u some black ops 2 mods. : )
