Battlefield Hardline +4 Trainer [Updated 25/03]

How do I install this? Do I just place on disc 1 folder and launch the trainer loader xex and then when it kicks to dashboard , go back to xex menu and then load the disc one game xex? And when I open the trainer , do I open it at main menu or in a game? Or is this not updated ?

 

That's what I tried and it doesn't work ..do I do that in a game or ?

Yeah when i go to load up bfh after i launch the trianer, it jjst sits at a black screen..
