I tried it after I enter my log in credentials it does nothing, the box disappears and that was it. I tried it as administrator and still nothing after the log in box, and I tried to re download it and still nothing. Any adjurations?

i got problem with the new update,when i open my usb and then rehash something, the usb explore gone
,i trying drag up nothing happen? bug or i missing soemthing?
