Resolved 360 revolution issiue

every time i try to open 360 revolution i get this error See the end of this message for details on invoking
just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box.

i have the newest .net frame work and every thing i tryed deleting and reinstalling 360 revolution sevral times it wont show my usb card and my card works with60 Revolution and horizon then after i do mod a game like midnight club la rehash and resigne i lose all progress i made in game cause it forces me to restart with no mods and i have to reselect my car
