Hello and welcome, can you be more specific? error message? on which step the program is not connecting? when loading, when Login you against your account? did you double check you username and password, caps lock activated?
what version are you using as well? imo the best bet is to just re-dl it from here run as admin, it will auto update to the latest version. Had a issue with mine not updating, but removing and re-dl/installing worked a charm. Cheers
