    UPDATE: I've redownloaded the tool and now it works.Just beat the game on HARD.The health bar looks like normal but it's clearly modded....

    Advice for avoiding bans/resets etc

    Try always offline the first time.So if anything goes wrong you can always recover your gamertag and nothing happens.
