    Update Can confirm that the game creates two saves, game options and whatever chapter you're in (Love in the time of Plague in my case)....

    Hi Thanks for replies. There was nothing "writing to the drive" as far as I could tell so had to switch off PC and then disconnect....

    Hi Downloaded modded Red Dead Redemption files (2 for single player on this site) and then used 360rev to rehash, resign etc. No problems to that...
