theres only one instance of 19915 in your save can you check your xp off line if i mod it try this offline see if it modded your xp dont forget...
what xp is it will need more than just level 13
you carnt be that bad if you found your xp and rank ill have a look at your save if you want but dont you think its risky putting it online modded
