What said failed? as long as you have sufficient funds, it should ask you to verify the amount and send payment, it should convert automatically...

yea banned or not makes no dif for flashed drive, as long as you have the original drive your all good otherwise RGH(xell) would be needed to get...
I've only ever seen it happen to one jasper, but I did have one friend who's ethernet port just died , it was a 16mb jasper (black case)...
Why not just flash the drive with jungleflasher and update the system with the regular retail update from a usb? Latest update 16537...
