E is the WeaponDamageAI the value for player guns not the WeaponDamage? i was looking through your files and only the weapondamageAI is crazy high...
i have been messing with his files but can't test em yet. no recoil, increased fire rate, slower ai firing speed. maybe couple others.

B beat me. Make sure the file is not open in the resigner or the usb explorer. close all other tools except the shattered dimensions tool.
i don't believe this game can be gamesaved. have you used the mod tool to max your points to fully upgrade all of your skills?
