Message me yr account info to recover on Xbox live.
Delete it and get a fresh copy from the site and make sure yr computer is up to date, den enter yr user name and password in the boxes.
When u open it in the mod tool look to the left and u'll see "Root" under that is "heroes" that yr data.
Plz make sure your user info are correct if this still dont work plz message a member of staff for more info/help.
use yr log in info u use to log on the site. user name and password. make sure to have items in yr pocket den save and back p the save den load...

The DLC r on the FTP for GOLD members, get GOLD and u can download the DLC off the FTP coz i have all of them now.
