Don't need to buy any weapon add ons, just buy every character then turn the game off, once you load the game back up trophy will pop up...
We used underground, both ran to sand bags under that metal bridge
Once we got going we was getting 104k with 80 kills, finished multiplayer trophies in about 2 hours, you don't need to buy everything either...
