    Currently there is nothiing that can be done down to the glitch as im having the same problem but with GPS Caches and achievements for this game...

    Just so you know when you have completed this the gamesave is useless for achievements as it will need to be save for save for each relevant...

    Yeah its high on the right hand side on the electrical pylon. Use your bow and fire at it with a fire arrow
