Because the last save you have is from EFLC. Try backing up all EFLC savegames on your pc than delete them from your hard drive.
No... A gamesave is a completely different thing...
You need a gamesave from the original GTA 4 that is past that mission. The gamesave you have is from EFLC.
Upload to a third party image host than go to your user CP and edit signature.
