I think (never done this before) when you have the files installed on your RGH than you open a system link match and join it with the online...
To start you need a J-tag or RGH.
You can get bad burns no matter what you do. Try installing to hard drive. If not than reburn it.

I believe you can only block people from sending you messages. i'm not 100% on this though.
People have only made Xbox scripts for online so if you're trying to do it in single player you can't.
