They can ask any one of the uploaders to upload it ot the channel. Uploaders will be decided when/if the idea is brought to reality.
That's the idea. Have uploaders review and upload videos to a channel from any member of the community.
I don't know how much content I have time to make but People can send me videos and I can put intros on them and upload in the background.
I wouldn't mind helping upload. Would take a while but most would be within 24 hours depending on file size.
I like the idea. Only problem I see is if someone gets mad they could jack the channel. So I think there should be a select few uploaders.

If this was used it would be monitored. Group names and badges would be under review and have to be approved.
