    Yes. Different variations of the same one. It's +health with health regen. I was told there are some duplicates. I didn't notice them...

    I'm not too sure about resource data, haven't messed with that yet. To increase capacity you do it in BlackMarketUpgrades though.

    Doesn't work that way. Look at it like this: Level = Damage. You can tweek a few thing to boost damage a lil but not gonna make a level 1...
