It seems that the TU manager in FSD doesn't work correctly half the time for me. I'm wanting to know where I can download them from easily.

Yes. Just highlight the IDs then delete them. That's what I do when I upload. I use Horizon. After you delete an ID it will say...
Delete them all then Rehash & Resign then save it.
