Well, it's probably an issue with the assembly, i have never heard of a checksum, just damn weird assembly.

First uninstall SDK then reinstall, no need to remove VS, and for Full Installation to appear you need to already have VS 2010 installed.
Rename key_xbox360.dat to key.dat and place it in the root folder of LibertyV, it should then start and let you open RPF's.
