    You need a modded console m8 "JTAG/RGH" these trainers do not work on retail Xbox's. and its not a game save its a "trainer".

    Someone needs to make a diablo III save editor

    If you extract the account.dat from a modded save, and then replace it with yours you should have the modded gold on your saved game, try it out...
